Who runs this page
Everyday Legal Plans is run by an independent LegalShield associate. It is not LegalShield's own website. You can reach us by email at zarazuajulian82@gmail.com or by phone at (323) 884-6651.
What this page collects
- What you type on the short step: your first name, email and mobile number, and whether you agreed to be contacted by email and text.
- The plan the page offered you and whether you went on to the checkout.
- How you got here: the ad, ad set and campaign you clicked, the tracking tags in the link, and the Facebook click id.
- Your browser's IP address and user agent when you send the step.
Nothing you type at LegalShield's checkout comes back to this page. That checkout (purchase.legalshield.com) is run by LegalShield, which collects your address, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and your payment details under its own privacy policy: legalshield.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Why we collect it
- To send you on to LegalShield's checkout with the plan you started.
- To contact you about that plan by email and text, only if you agreed. If you fill in the step and do not go on to the checkout, you may get one email about it.
- To measure which ads bring people who start a plan, so money is not spent on ads that do not work.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
This page uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta when you view the page, send the step and go on to the checkout. Our server sends Meta the same events through the Conversions API, with your email, mobile number and first name scrambled (hashed) first, plus your IP address and browser. Meta uses this to measure and deliver ads under its own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Who else sees it
- Booked, the software that runs this page and keeps the records for us.
- Meta, as described above.
- LegalShield only receives what you give at its own checkout.
We do not sell your information.
Texts
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed to follow up about the plan and measure the ads, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Contact us by email at zarazuajulian82@gmail.com or by phone at (323) 884-6651 to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop all contact. You can block cookies in your browser and change your ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Who this page is for
Adults 18 and older in the United States. The page is not meant for anyone under 18.
